These services are covered under some employees extended medical benefits, but you need to check with your plan, as some plans will only recognize psychologists and not licensed, registered counsellors or therapists. I ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before cancellation and will charge full price for no-shows. Currently, I accept cash or e-transfers and will email invoice/receipts.
